• What you give us: Your name, phone number, email address if supplied, project address or location, project details, and any photos or messages you choose to send when requesting a quote, calling, or texting us.
• Website and advertising data: Browsers and service providers may provide technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, page visits, referring pages, and advertising campaign or click identifiers.
• Advertising landing page: Our concrete-driveways ad page stores any supplied Google click identifiers and campaign parameters in your browser’s local storage and reuses them for attribution for up to 90 days. Stored values may remain in your browser until you clear its storage. The page may also use a phone number you submit to help measure ad conversions.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss estimates, coordinate requested work, maintain business records, operate the website, measure advertising performance, and address legal or security needs. Submitting an inquiry allows us to contact you about that request; it does not by itself enroll you in marketing text messages.

Services involved

Information may be handled by the services needed to operate the site and process your request:

• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel: The quote form embedded on our main website is provided by LeadConnector and receives the information you submit there.
• Cited: The form on our Google Ads concrete-driveways landing page sends the details you submit, along with available campaign parameters, to Cited for lead processing.
• Google Ads: The advertising page loads a Google tag to measure visits and conversions. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive conversion information for ad measurement, including a submitted phone number for enhanced conversion matching. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Website hosting and communications: Our hosting provider and the phone, text, or email services used to communicate with you may process technical or contact information needed to provide those services.

Cookies and your choices

Advertising and embedded third-party services may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center. Blocking these technologies may affect measurement or embedded form behavior, but you can also contact us directly by phone or email.
